1. Clean and dry your ears.
2. Refer to the acupoint diagram to determine the location of the patch.
3. Use tweezers to remove the patch from the paper and stick it to the acupoint.
4. Press lightly for a few seconds to make the patch stick firmly.
5. Stick it to both ears for best results.
6. Gently massage 2–3 times/day for increased effectiveness.
7. Replace the patch ～5  days.
